A Complete Renovation in Lynton
This project included what were previously flats which we completely renovated converting it into 4 town houses over 3 floors. The project also included a large house with red brick quoins to corners and windows finished in smooth render and painted which was split into 2 dwellings for the affordable market .
Work carried out included all joist floors being removed and replaced along with all internal stud walls. New electrical instalations along with new plumbing and heating throughout. New kitchens were fitted along with bathrooms and ensuites as standard. New floors were laid through out the entire buildings with delta membraines installed to walls and floors to tank the building from water penetration. New factory finished sash windows with double glazing were fitted through out the dwellings. The outside was finished in red brick pavers with natural slate raised flower beds with oak support posts.

Home conversion and new roof to old conservatory forming a Sun Room. Relocation and upgrading to the kitchen including all re - wiring. Project involved removal of a partition wall to create an open plan feeling. Velux window used to provide light throughout, built in conjunction with the roof construction. Work completed on a House Conversion and Renovation in Braunton...
Conversion of two dwellings into one dwelling with extensive remedials and new kitchen along with complete re decoration of the whole property.
Abbotsham balcony - complete refurbishment
Due to the main structure being rotten we replaced the main structure with galvanised white powder coated steel work.
We enlarged the main area and added glass fitted balastrades.
